Sessions with Lindsay are available one-on-one or in a group, that can also be attended over Zoom. Start from where you are, end up where you want. The choice is yours.

Set up Your Initial Consult

While it's not necessary, many of Lindsay's clients meet for a 1.5 hour consult. This meeting is an in-depth conversation about your personal goals. By the end of the conversation you will have a realistic goal that is personalized to your your desires. You will know 100% what is expected of you in order to achieve your goals.
